Let me start off by saying the people that work there they start off nice and friendly after a while 2 weeks in they're going to judge you they're going to discriminate against you Lord forbid if you order more than one card they're going to give you a call and say that your account is at risk for closure because you didn't safeguard your account I thought that's what banks do they secure your account 0 out of 10 I do not recommend I'm taking all of my money out of the account I'm going to help them since they want to threat... read more
White guy there didn’t wanna cash my check because it was a big amount his excuse was that he couldn’t “verify” it but I went to another bank and cashed it easily. Reason he didn’t wanna cash it because I’m a black guy with a big check and he wasn’t expecting that from me.I got a new job and they have to give me an paper check for about a month and I can’t even go to my bank to cash it. I work extremely hard for all of my cash, no scam going on here. Will be closing my account soon.

I have a checking, a savings, and mortgage with this bank. Recently have done 3 visits to this bank wanting to open a checking account for my daughter. And by now it feels like they find every reason why not to open the account an additional checking account. The banker was looking for a social security number on a birth certificate. I am like your not going to find it on there, it's a birth certificate. And he then we'll I am gonna need her social security card. Last time I was here he told me he needed 2 IDs.
