Slow just to cash a check from their bank, have you ever been to a bank and they said sorry we are having "technical difficulties" yeah that means they are verifying funds. Waste of time.
The service is substandard. I walked in to deposit a check. The young man (he was very pleasant) behind the counter was helping me. Another red headed male bank employee walks over and tells him to stop helping me and had him take care of another couple that I saw him working with. He said that he would take care of my deposit but instead he answered a phone call and helped the caller instead of me. I had him hand me back my check, ID and the deposit slip. My time is important.
