I have a checking, a savings, and mortgage with this bank. Recently have done 3 visits to this bank wanting to open a checking account for my daughter. And by now it feels like they find every reason why not to open the account an additional checking account. The banker was looking for a social security number on a birth certificate. I am like your not going to find it on there, it's a birth certificate. And he then we'll I am gonna need her social security card. Last time I was here he told me he needed 2 IDs. They wouldn’t cash a check because they don’t have enough cash to give out really!!! It’s a BANK!!!!
Frost Bank is the best! They are extremely accommodating and my direct deposits are always available 2 days prior to payroll date. I recommend Frost often and will continue to do so.

Walked in with the intention of opening a checking account for my business and after taking all personal information and business information they introduced us to private banker for a quick Q&A then a few days later called back to say that they don't want to do business with automotive companies. I wasn't asking for a loan, I was simply opening a checking account based on convenience.
