I have been depositing checks and cash on behalf of multiple clients for around 5 years at various Frost Bank locations in DFW. Every time I step foot in this location, I don’t feel welcome. This is the least competent branch out of them all, it seems, because every other location takes my deposits and sends me on my way. Horrible customer service, they have nothing else to do but waste your time. I always thought it was nice there was never a line, but now I get why.
I appreciate how Frost Bank hosts community events. You don't see that as often these days. They're fun, welcoming events that draw people in without any pressure. It's a great way for people to get acquainted with the brand and experience its warm and generous culture firsthand. The bankers are really nice!
Let me start off by saying the people that work there they start off nice and friendly after a while 2 weeks in they're going to judge you they're going to discriminate against you Lord forbid if you order more than one card they're going to give you a call and say that your account is at risk for closure because you didn't safeguard your account I thought that's what banks do they secure your account 0 out of 10 I do not recommend I'm taking all of my money out of the account I'm going to help them since they want to threat... read more
White guy there didn’t wanna cash my check because it was a big amount his excuse was that he couldn’t “verify” it but I went to another bank and cashed it easily. Reason he didn’t wanna cash it because I’m a black guy with a big check and he wasn’t expecting that from me.I got a new job and they have to give me an paper check for about a month and I can’t even go to my bank to cash it. I work extremely hard for all of my cash, no scam going on here. Will be closing my account soon.
Customer service was off the charts and very helpful!
