If I could give zero stars I would! I called in for assistance as I'm located over 100 miles away, only for the agent to cut me off and pass me to their customer service department, without listening to what my issue was. I'd already spoken with customer service, which informed me that I needed to deal with someone at a branch directly, but again I was not given the opportunity to explain this.
