I love Frist Bank! Service is great! The people are professional, kind, understanding and personal!
The atm outside claims to accept cash deposits but never works. They will get it fixed but it will only work temporarily. I work Monday through Saturday until 5pm so never have time to go deposit cash. You’re better off banking with someone else. I will be closing my account and banking elsewhere.

I had to take all of my kids inside which I was dreading, but the staff gave them suckers, goodie bags and even a hardcover kids book about saving money. For a mom of little ones, this was so appreciated.
