Terrible service. Was basically ignored and dismissed. Sat and waited 20 minutes just to have a card made. Never got a banker to help me and they instead 2 of the 3 bankers stayed on the phone joking and chuckling the entire time. Worst location ever
Perfect customer service this place. Calm and welcoming environment. They will put they all in resolving any problems and keep you on track. I love Frost banking solutions. Keep up the good work Frost
Friendly and helpful staff. Treated like a family member and curious plus knowledgeable about banking and banking skills
I have never seen a worker behave so badly like Myiah. She does not have good manners towards customers and does not receive customers well.
