This location is trash. I have been a loyal customer with Frost for many years, upon trying to complete a simple transaction thru the drive thru this morning, the bank attendant Gina went above and beyond her duties by questioning my identity… she already had my ID in hand but still felt the need to ask if I can confirm my social with her.. This is the absolutely most slowest bank I have ever seen in my life. You will be in line at least 40 minutes usually. I don’t know if they are continually shortstaffed or what.
