I love this bank. The app is easy to use. The live chat option has always been great. The people who work there have always been so kind to us. When you walk in, there are Childrens books to read to your littles while you wait on a banker. It never takes them longer than the length of time for me to read one of those books. They always offer us cookies and coffee if they have them available and even my kids love coming here with me. No one has ever made us feel like we were a hassle or bothering them to be there.
