I’m very disappointed with Frost Bank’s lack of attention to their flag. It has been down for over two weeks, even after I notified them that Veterans Day was approaching. Now that the day is here, it’s disheartening to see that it still hasn’t been fixed. Displaying the flag is a sign of respect and pride, especially on a day meant to honor our veterans. This neglect reflects poorly on the company’s values and community pride.
ATM is broken, ALWAYS!
The worse customer experience I never felt so degraded trying to open up an account. If you had past financial issues while being laid off these people will make you feel worse.
