Total dedication to their customers. I have really no idea what the bad reviews are about since the treatment towards me and my small business has been amazing.
Minimal customer service. Some of the employees are disrespectful and rude. I have moved my funds to a competitor bank and am pleased.
When I look for a long term bank, I’m looking for excellent customer service. When I called Frost, a super nice human answered, who transferred me to another human who was also super nice! She then transferred me to a very nice banker who answered all of my questions! Not once did I experience a single robot in all of my interactions. I then knew this was the bank for me.
