Have always had great service here.
This place is garbage. We have multiple business accounts in Frost. One of our accounts got hacked and they didn't even call me to let me know. The only reason they did call me was because the crooks took out too much money and my account was overdrafted. They would have never called me unless they were losing money. Frost bank doesn't care about their clients. I even called them and told them that I found who hacked my account and they could care less. They are a terrible bank and I will be moving all five of our business a... read more
