I’ve been a customer of Frost Bank for about 15 years. They always answer the phone within two or three minutes! Banking in person is usually only 10 minutes. Frost bank is the best!
One of the last banks on Earth that don't charge you to cash your customer's checks unlike the other communist Banks that want a ridiculous check cashing fee.
Un banco más o menos bien pero en mi particular punto de vista un poco complicado con sus trámites estoy de acuerdo con su política de privacidad y su desconfianza pero si lo que no me, pareció fue que te atienden de mala manera lo que se agradecería sería un poco de amabilidad y de buena forma una explicación y no de mala forma por parte del personal que trabaja ahí muy mal en ese aspecto.en general todo bien
Just got a call from Evette who works up at the Wurzbach location a couple days after setting up my account. No problems, she just wanted to make sure everything was running smoothly and wanted to answer any questions that I might have had. If that doesn't spell out GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, I don't know what else does. Side note: I would definitely recommend this location over the branch on Vance Jackson. It makes a HUGE difference.
