Do NOT bank with Frost. Their account services are terrible. I have two accounts that I rarely use, so I keep low balances. I keep having to set up alerts for overdrafts, insufficient balances, etc. They keep automatically turning themselves off, and I've been charged countless overdraft fees. One notification from Frost and I would have been able to transfer money immediately. Unfortunately their technical problems and crappy benefits make them a sub-par banking service, so as of today I've close both of my accounts.
