Terrible bank!!!!! I have been with them for nearly 10 years. I have had an auto loan and a credit card with them. The ONE time I was late for a payment, they took every single penny out of my checking account. I would have closed my checking then, but it is the ONLY way I can pay the credit card without having to physically go there. Now they are suddenly charging for checking!!!!!!! I just wanna say that the service I received here was amazing. Sheila and Karen did a fantastic job at not only navigating my needs but also putting the call center workers in their place. You can tell these women deeply care for the members of this organization. They care about the peoples experience and do everything they can to improve it every time. I can say I have never been more happy to be a part of a bank or credit union than I am with Frontwave!
