Slow/ unreliable ATM
Had to cash my cashiers' check. Too many questions that I think were none of their business. Questions like, "where did you get the money'. "What will I do with the money" and a bunch of questions" making you feel criminal.
BY ANY MEANS PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CREDIT UNION! They can care less about the people they do business with! I had the misfortune of doing business with them and taking out a car loan with them. I was bed ridden due to Covid fighting for my life due to my health deteriorating fast and all while this happened due to an error on their behalf they weren’t able to confirm my insurance for a month which btw was 100% paid for and covered. Very inconsistent with policies. I was informed I could cash my personal checks that I get for babysitting work without a 9 day hold as long as I went to the bank and cashed in person. They cashed 2 weekly checks for me and then when I came back for the 3rd week they said they couldn’t and that the other gals weren’t supposed to do that. I then had to drive to Wells Fargo instead to cash it there then drive back to deposit my money. Very inconvenient.
