Frontwave credit Union has been the biggest blessing to me and my family. The products that the bank offer are outstanding, free and interest bearing checking, high-yield money marketing, low interest mortgages, etc. But that's just the icing on the cake. Day of Incident (2-1-2025)Came in to cash a check and this was the worst experience I have had at a bank. The branch manager ( her name starts with D) was the most unprofessional manager I have ever encountered. Keep in mind I have been a member since this bank was called Pacific Marine Credit Union ( loyal Member 20 plus years). I had a check I needed to cash and she proceeded to interrogate me on what the check was for, how far my repairs had come and what had happened.
