Frontwave continues to go above and beyond to take care of their members. Mr. Clipp did an amazing job helping me in this government shutdown.
Frontwave credit Union has been the biggest blessing to me and my family. The products that the bank offer are outstanding, free and interest bearing checking, high-yield money marketing, low interest mortgages, etc. But that's just the icing on the cake. The people at the Wildomar Branch are exceedingly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I grew up in the age of banking being personal. Day of Incident (2-1-2025)Came in to cash a check and this was the worst experience I have had at a bank. The branch manager ( her name starts with D) was the most unprofessional manager I have ever encountered. Keep in mind I have been a member since this bank was called Pacific Marine Credit Union ( loyal Member 20 plus years). I had a check I needed to cash and she proceeded to interrogate me on what the check was for, how far my repairs had come and what had happened.
