Giving one star because there's no zero star option. The worst customer service ever. Mukesh Rattan has no experience or knowledge about swing gates. He charged $6500 to install the gate, but didn't provide us with a receipt, and refused to provide one when asked, he was demanding us to pay the GST amount on top of the $6500. As far as we know in Australian consumer law, price should be gst inclusive. He replaced two swing gate motors within a couple of months after the first installation and it still wasn't working. pretty bad, don't call him
Called for a quote during daytime hours Saturday, a male answered the phone said he wasn't open and hung up.
Ignore the reviews shilled by family and friends. This guy sucks, and he doesn't need your money. I called for a quote and he told me to go jump because I wouldn't give out my mobile number, despite the fact I'd given him a landline. If the barely interpretable English doesn't turn you off, the rudeness and arrogance certainly will. A very angry, lazy and ridiculous human being who doesn't deserve your job, and doesn't care whether or not he gets it.
