Jett and the crew are super helpful. They answer any questions I have and are willing to help in any capacity with my wargaming needs. The store is nice and clean, no strange smells that can come from these stores. Plenty of space to play and demo games. I ordered a mat for Blood Bowl and it came out better than expected. I can't recommend FLG enough.
Ordered the colloseum a week later I got a tracking number. I emailed them to find out why. Flg was quick to let me know that they ran out of ink. Now I have the number.
Super friendly and helpful staff. I'm a beginner when it comes to tabletop games, and Jet was very patient with me while he ran a learn to play for Flames of Orion with some other folks. The store has a huge variety of Warhammer stuff too! Snacks and beverages are available for purchase, and there are restrooms, making playing a game in-store a comfortable experience.
