Ordered terrain pieces and 4 weeks later that still haven’t shipped. I’ve reached out 3 times inquiring about my order, and have requested they cancel it 2 times. They’ve responded to none of my emails. Doesn’t seem like they care about their customers. Why have a support email if no one is responding to customers? Will not be ordering from Frontline again.
Absolutely amazing customer service. Prices competitive. Will be coming back again and again. You cannot go wrong with these guys.
Great layouts
Order shipped with wrong item. Of course they treat us as the problem and won't ship out the correct one until they have the wrong one back. Ordered 5/12/26, still don’t have item as of 5/31/26. They like to email a lot that they are supportive but when you raise this type of problem suddenly they don't want to talk much lol
