Great design, pretty good communication, may take some time to get your item right now as 11th just came out and there orders are backed up pretty good.
In a similar pattern to others here, I ordered terrain pieces for 40K more than 3 weeks ago. The order as still listed as “Confirmed” and in progress at their shop with no details on when anything likely to ship. Emailed their customer service line twice with no response. Do not buy from this company. Ordered a few items on June 23rd where it was noted that there was a 10 day delay due to the 11th edition release. I checked in 10 days later since I had not received an update and the automatic response I got was the delay was now 15 days. On July 23rd, I was told my order had finally shipped. However, it is now July 27th and the shipping label has been created but UPS does not have possession on the package.
