Great tabletop game shop with a great selection of Warhammer, Battletech, D&D etc. They are super helpful and nice and the store is clean, doesn't smell like paint or anything else. The tables and terrain to play various games are great.
Staff was very fast and responsive in giving me a replacement order for a terrain set that wasn’t properly painted. They offered a free replacement. Customer service was fantastic in resolving this issue. Will gladly do business here again due to great friendly staff and willingness to make it right.
Jett was so helpful when I came in to get some new gaming accessories. Not only did he help me find the right stuff, he was so kind to my 13 year old son who loves 40k. Despite it being a hobby dominated by adults, it's really heartening when someone makes it feel welcoming to all ages. Love this store and their products!
Bought the prepared metropolis terrain set. See photos. Almost every piece is lacking paint, over sprayed, misaligned, and simply terribly painted. I do not recommend anyone buy their pre painted terrain sets. It looks nothing like their advertised video on YouTube. Highly disappointed and I will never buy terrain from here ever again. I had to repaint almost every piece. Product not as advertised. 1 star for terrible products with zero quality control, however, their staff their is great 5+ stars for them.
