I can't tell you how appreciative I am of Mike and Tiffany. I broke down on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Because of these wonderful individuals, I was able to get picked up and my bike taken care of. You can definitely tell that the dealership is family owned and operated. The people there are genuine and enjoy being there helping other riders. I recommend going in and checking them out if your in the area.

Very friendly and helpful team. When my S1000XR developed a throttle issue during a trip, they went above and beyond to diagnose and fix it. Unfortunately, the required part wouldn’t arrive in time, so I ended up purchasing a new BMW R1300RT from them to continue my journey. They had the bike ready in just two hours and even kept my XR until the transport truck could pick it up and deliver it home. Outstanding service and a great overall experience!
