The trash service guys were great, but when I switched trash companies (the new company gave me two trash cans and no gas charge), the old company charged me $60 to cancel. Okay, that’s fine. Then they failed to process my auto payment and hit me with a late fee anyway! I would not recommend them. I’m glad my neighbor is convincing everyone to switch to BMW Waste!
Do not use this company, they do not send out bills then discontinue service and then will charge you $150 to resume. horrible customer service
BEWARE!! We signed up with frontier a little over a year ago. Our bill has slowly increased each month and is now well over 25% higher than it was initially. I called and asked for it to be canceled and the dumpster be picked up. I was informed that my sales rep was the only person that could initiate the cancellation. I received a call from Mike Magness and he offered to give me the deal of the day to continue our trash service with them. He discounted it around $10. For the last 12 years with this company we have NEVER put extra garbage outside our bin. However, we do put broke down EMPTY boxes next to our bin almost every week and have been for the last 12 years . But now it seems to be an issue. Yesterday, your pickup guy decided to put a yellow tag on our trash can saying we had extra trash outside our bin. Every interaction I have had with frontier has been nothing but friendly. Starting from my initial call to set up service to the way the driver interacts and plays into my toddler’s love for trash trucks! Great workers, great company, super friendly customer service!
