I am not under any contract but they are charging an outrageous amount to cancel + adding late fees even though I emailed over a month ago asking to end my service. I've emailed a total of 3 times and my trashcan has been empty at the end of my driveway, but they still haven't picked it up. I have called, however, I'm on hold for over 30 minutes each time. Terrible customer service and I will NOT be paying these crazy fees. STAY AWAY!
Cancel their service and they tried to stall me using crooked tactics! Bill used to be $106 and next month $124 and next month $144. This all related to gas surges they say. They offer me a email stating for me to sign a contract for lower rate for 1 year. Took them about a month to cancel my service and remove their container. The reason I cancel cause of extra gas fee charge they add on back to back months. They did not let us know the extra fee.I had to call to ask. The drivers can not drive. They will be in wrong turning lane and try to run you over. Always watch out for this driver
