We had Both my parents at this facility after their strokes(yes, they both had strokes). We flew them here from our home in northern Minnesota (my husband and I live in Parker ). My parents were in the independent living part and it was a wonderful place for them. My father passed away after 7 months but Mother lived there another 5 years and made a new life for herself . Horrible facility. The building is very run down and smells. Barely ever any available staff and when there is staff they respond poorly to emergencies. Seems as if they dont even have basic first aid skills. THERE IS NO A/C and the residents are just being cooked in their rooms. This is an extreme safety hazard and unacceptable. Pets that just go to the bathroom in the residents rooms or on patio. Disgusting. Bottom of the barrel.

I'm utterly appalled by the living standards here. Crappy furntiure and furnishings, and residents report bed bugs, cockroaches and animal faecal matter. I have already made a report to the the HEalth Services department.
