1 year of working here, shop does what they can to keep things running. Dispatch is mostly understanding and willing to help, only one Dispatcher will argue with you about everything. Trucks are 2012 or newer. Trailers can be as old as 1990 to 2015. Pay is decent and work is constant. The yard is always at near max capacity for trailer space. And there is a shower available.
