My family and I recently stayed in the farmhouse and loved everything about it. The room was clean, bright and had everything we needed. By the farmhouse there was lots to keep the kids busy; pedal cars, basketball court, beach volleyball and chickens. A 10 minute walk away there was even more to do at the beach by the river; kyaks, canoes, pedal boats, fishing and more. Cathy and Chris were amazing hosts, answering any questions we had. The kids are already asking when we can go back.
We recently enjoyed 4 days at New Froniters in the Dome. It was a fun and enjoyable experience. The loft bed was very comfortable. It was clean and had all we needed. The Dome has its own dock with chairs and umbrellas to sit and enjoy the peace of the river. It was a short walk to the beach where we enjoyed kayaking, canoeing and fishing. We were there with family who stayed in the Farmhouse. Everyone had a great time.
We had a great stay! We stayed in the Farmhouse apartment and found it to be clean, bright and had everything we needed. The hosts/owners were great to deal with, very helpful and accommodating. Our kids had a blast. They thoroughly enjoyed the pedal cars and everything the beach had to offer (kayaks, canoes, paddle boards). We would definitely go there again!

Although this camp appears to have shut down, I feel it’s still important to share my experience for the sake of transparency and to stand up for the youth, animals, and staff who may have also been affected. I worked here after having attended as a camper years prior. I was genuinely excited to come back and work with kids but what I encountered behind the scenes was extremely troubling.
