While they have great communication on getting you a quote. They made many mistakes! Including shipping the wrong part. Shipping bad parts, or forgetting to ship the part all together. While they did make small accommodations to make up for their many errors. Those errors cost me $2000-4000 in lost wages....waiting for parts that I was told shipped and waiting on the correct parts to be shipped.

I purchased a chrome exhaust heat shield from Frontier on 10/14/25. I have seen them (Frontier) many times on my way up and down 131 but never had time to stop. I recently removed the muffler, replaced it with a shorty and 4ft straight pipe and 3ft chrome stack. I wanted to add the heat shield just to make it look better and was told by another driver when I was in PA that they give ticket/fines for no heat shield so I had been shopping online as well as stopped into the dealer that services my truck and another aftermarket ... read more
