This place is a scam. Was completely ignored by the realty company after submitting application for a rental property. Never received any calls whatsoever. Called and left numerous messages and was never called back. Do not submit an application with these people. They are running a racket to steal your hard earned money. Never have I ever run across a real estate agency so unprofessional in my life. I have glowing references from my former realtor. I worked diligently with Frontier to fund a new innovative type of housing, container homes, and they did not approve of this, but are willing to fund a mobile home that depreciates. Very disappointing!
Terrible!
I just want to say initially the process was nice, my wife sent an email with concerns because it stated "Credit Check Required" and we don't have perfect or good credit as of now, we just paid off all her debt and none of it has hit yet. The agent stated in the email response back to my wife "Credit does not disqualify you". So we pay the application fee and do the full process with a false sense that she provided us.
