I know I'm not the richest person but I have had two large checks that have came from a one from a Franklin Templeton for my son's college tuition and one from my aunt's trust which was actually purchased as a cashier's check and every time they tell me there's a hold on the check or put me through the ringer!! The whole purpose of purchasing a cashier's check is that it's purchased there's no waiting time there's nothing to be ran through and today Holly wanted to give me some BS that they've had a lot of fraudulent cashier... read more

Cyndey is very rude wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone she litterally has no customer service values at all don’t take your business here to open an account she wanted to hold our money for 7 days hell no
Horrible bank! I was the victim of online theft and they refused to investigate or dispute charges. I stopped using the account and they slowly drained my account by charging 5.95 a month for a checking fee. After a year of this, they send me a letter threatening to take legal action due to their checking fee overdrafting the account by 1.75 The whole time they are sitting on my $25 in savings. I closed the account and left. As I'm leaving the staff starts snickering behind my back. So rude and unprofessional. Avoid this ban... read more
The staff are very friendly, answer any questions, fully explain and look out for your best interests. Great experiences on line banking also.
