Very pleased with our service from Frontier. The customer service representative on the phone was cheerful and helpful, and when she couldn't resolve the issue with our landline, she scheduled a technician, who came the next day and quickly resolved our issue.
Very poor customer service. Internet service is over priced and it seems only one service plan is available according to the CSR. No help to determine a better plan for my needs. I will be looking for a different company or else will just do without service rather than continue with Frontier.
You deserve negative stars. Look at BBB rating and other reviews. Frontier is a terrible company and shouldn't be allowed to do business
