Been overcharged for past 4 yrs for higher speed of internet only to discover my service was Never upgraded and they refused to reimburse me for the overcharges. Incredibly inept, poor customer svce and incredibly slow internet. Avoid them at all costs.
They are professional in increasing bills and stealing people's money. Google should add zero stars
Should be zero stars. The "retention person" lies and says rates haven't gone up in three years when Frontier raises them about THREE TIMES EACH YEAR. It's devastating to me as a senior, and I will soon have to rely on my cell phone only.
Quick bait and switch. Website promised a $200 visa gift card for signing up. Got the service, no card. Rep said "oh you weren't flagged for a card but don't worry, we will get you the $200." Escalated to the "resolution team." When they got me on the phone they assured me that it would be pushed through and that my $200 would be on the way. Time went by, no card. Reached out AGAIN... new rep says "oh we are still processing this, by the way you're only allowed $100 for your package." Time goes by, get an email saying that I... read more
They did not even arrive to install my service on the agree date. After calling them no one can figure out what went wrong or what to do.
