I'd give zero starts if possible. I ordered service for cable and internet on 8/30 and accepted a 9/3 install date. The tech arrived on time, only to tell me that I could not be connected because fiber was not on my street. That's not that they told me on 8/30. I handed over personal info, credit card and social security# because I believed service was available. I called customer service and received the typical runaround. HORRIBLE. THE WORST INTERNET. literally had to set up my router and wires through FaceTime with the technician.

Frontier Promises made promises Broken, BALD FACED LIARS!!! Bait and switch practices when price quoted then deny it, more than once. but now I'm free, at last from them. just switched to xfinity com cast.. if you are thinking of getting frontier (RUNAWAY RUNAWAY, TRULEY A GARBAGE COMPANY). really don't think they will be around much longer.
