Sales representative was very efficient and polite, provided great service as well!
Imagine this! As if I haven't had enough issues with this place, I recently paid 2 months bills so I would be ahead one month. They still send me a bill for 44 cents! Yes, 44 friggen cents! This place is one of the worst for service anymore. I have asked repeatedly for paper billing, they don't do it then send emails telling me my bill is due with late fees. I dont want to do online billing, how hard is that to understand? I am switching to another company and Frontier can lose $1300 a year that I pay them.
