Have been paying for 24 mbps for the past few years and rarely got what was advertised. There are limited options for upgrading as well. If you have any other alternative to Frontier, take it.
We have had frontier for many years, Would not recommend it to anyone. They do not follow through on anything they tell the customer
Service sucks in all areas, I wish I had the option of giving it no stars, all I can say is run, do not deal with these people
Terrible service that frequently did not work even after calling for technical support. I canceled service in the middle of the billing cycle and they said their policy is to charge for the whole cycle and they will not prorate your bill. There is also a $50 "restocking fee" for returning their router to them. I had this service for over a year and definitely don't recommend.
