I went to cash a payroll check for my son. He is 16. I have cashed his check there before using his student ID and birth certificate. This time, staff refused to cash it. I informed them that I’ve cashed his checks here before. They said he needed to he present and asked who cashed the check. I said a male staff member. All three bankers started laughing, but I did not get the joke (perhaps he was fired or quit). Love the staff at Frontier Bank
I love this bank’s convenient location and very friendly professional staff. I especially appreciate the personal touches this bank provides in their service. A couple of years ago we switched from a large credit union in the area that had becomes cold, impersonal, and in our opinion non customer service oriented to this place and have been absolutely thrilled with our choice. It was totally worth it to make the change.
