Maybe me being from the south I expect too much. But a never thought common courtesy would be gone in this area. Just wanted a roll of quarters

Stopped at this Frontier Bank to swap out some wrinkled, worn $50 bills for crisp $100’s for a graduation gift. Got told that they would not “bill swap” without a Frontier account. Not sure what’s worse, the absurd policy, or the condescending way the teller drew out questioning me so she could smugly deliver the news. The friendly, kind InBank teller next door swapped my bills with a smile so I could give my gift. I think I’ll open a savings account with them as a thank you. I’ll never step foot in Frontier Bank again.

I was recently almost scammed for $15,000 but a teller at Frontier Bank, who knew me as a customer, intervened to save me from disaster. The employees at Frontier Bank are very friendly, professional, know our names, and are always helpful. I highly recommend Frontier Bank.
