Completely professional and well organized. My driver Jim is the best. My ride for medical services requires me to attend Kingston appointments on a weekly basis. Jim and I talk about everything from sports to travel. He really relaxes me before I attend my medical appointments, which can often cause alot of anxiousness due to the nature of my illness. This service makes taxis seem so impersonal. He is always punctual and a very safe driver. Five big stars.
