Unfortunately, while we have loved the quality of the drywall, baseboards, and other products we ordered, the overall experience has been very disappointing. We have been waiting nearly three months for a backordered door, and throughout that time communication has been extremely poor. We have had to repeatedly call for updates ourselves, often without receiving clear answers or even a rough timeline for when the door might arrive.
