I am running a marathon in a couple months, and decided to branch out and try some new shoes. I’ve been wearing the same type of shoes for about six years since doing track. Our friend recommended this store and my wife and I visited the Upper Arlington location for the first time. Our salesperson Sydney greeted us very quickly and walked us through the personalized fitting explaining the different parts of the scan. Then she was very patient bringing us numerous brands, styles, and sizes and didn't rush us at all. And the prices seemed comparable to other avenues but here you are treated as a person and not just a sale.

The Store Manager took care of me yesterday with a new pair of Brooks Glycerin 22. We went up a half size and I am anxious to see how this will work for me. I purchase at least 3-4 new pairs of tennis shoes a year as I work for a school system and do a lot of walking and standing on my feet. I tend to trade out my shoes by not wearing the same pair two days in a row.
Excellent staff! Are knowledgeable, helpful and patient.
