Can’t get the continuing education depart to sent me the certificate from a class I took a month ago. The lady works remotely and doesn't answer her phone
I called to discuss an issue with a refund, as I was getting an error that prompted me to contact the school. The first representative I spoke with was great—he explained the situation clearly and then forwarded me to the person responsible for placing the hold on my account. Unfortunately, my experience with the second person was far less positive. After I explained the issue, she said she would look into it and said she would put me on hold, instead she hung up on me.
