Chris and Betty went above and beyond to help me with an over the phone purchase. I emailed after store hours about an item I had seen on a video but could not locate on their website. Chris responded within a couple hours, honestly around 9pm, to say they had it and would call the next day to follow up. Betty called, helped me,even sent texts immediately with the pictures of the receipt and had offered to text pictures of the item to ensure everything was correct. Had such a lovely experience this evening! We travelled a little bit to see their Jellycat collection, along with the adorable ambiance of the store! The two ladies working were beyond sweet! Can’t wait to come back! Love their ‘Shop Locally’ mantra:)
