Frontline Trucking just saved the day for us! We booked a shipment with FedEx Freight, and it was specified that a lift gate was required at delivery. Despite FedEx knowing the pallet dimensions and weight, and the fact a liftgate was required, we were informed by FedEx on the date of delivery that they didn’t have the equipment needed to get the job done.
