This is an outstanding facility that delivers the highest professional care standards, and importantly, within a climate of dignity, love and respect. Congratulations to the highly competent board, management and staff of this trusted organisation.
It’s a great clean facility but unfortunately the services are not up to the quality aged care standards. Management needs to always be on top of the staff but unfortunately they are not.
From management right down to care staff they have been doing lots of mistakes and always keep on saying I’m sorry or it’s a human error. The services and training of staff keep need to be updated because lots of mistakes happen all the time.
Very poor service Management and Staff need to improve and start listening to their clients families
