Staff was wonderful, bad planning in terms of how time is managed. It was very difficult to get ahold of anyone to book this party and even more difficult to get a call back in terms of getting more information of how the spa parties worked. I called several times and only got a call back a day before scheduled birthday party. Honestly, who ever runs it…it must just be a cash grab. Honestly don’t waste your money.
