I went to these guys for knee pain and after a few sessions, Brian gave me the right exercises to successfully fix the issue. As a ramp agent, lifting is a major part of my job and with the techniques I learned, I feel like I can work without being in pain all the time. I highly recommend these guys!
Greg's work is incredible. He does a very thorough assesment and patiently helps your body restore the proper form of moving, that you might have lost after an injury. His exercises are being a revolution in my life, and I haven't had back pain for months, after years of post-injury chronic pain. He's such a nice human being too! :)
Totally recommend. Greg is super knowledgeable and can explain and guide you through the exercises in an easy way.
