Some great home accents, well priced , friendly service.
A must-visit little shop! As someone who just moved to Paris, stumbling upon this place while exploring with my mom and grandma was such a treat. The woman working made us feel right at home, and all the items were just gorgeous. We’ll absolutely be back!
My wife bought a decoration here for Christmas. We went to put batteries in it today and found the battery case was broken. Called and asked for help and they would not do anything.
As an out of town visitor, my initial reaction when visiting the store with my friend who is local was very positive. The two staff members were fun, friendly, professional and extremely courteous. With their help I found the teapot I was looking for and the perfect coffee mug. Both items were wrapped and placed in a bag. The bag was placed on the seat of my friend's car, the train and the streetcar which took me home. At no stage did I drop or bang it. Horrible customer service! Purchased in excess of $200 in the store in early October, including a mug which I broke loading the car. I ran back to the store to purchase another one but, they told me there were none but they could ship one from their Ancaster location. I paid for the 2nd mug and was assured it would be shipped within the week. Needless to say it did not arrive as promised.
