My wife bought a decoration here for Christmas. We went to put batteries in it today and found the battery case was broken. Called and asked for help and they would not do anything.
As an out of town visitor, my initial reaction when visiting the store with my friend who is local was very positive. The two staff members were fun, friendly, professional and extremely courteous. With their help I found the teapot I was looking for and the perfect coffee mug. Both items were wrapped and placed in a bag. Horrible customer service! Purchased in excess of $200 in the store in early October, including a mug which I broke loading the car. I ran back to the store to purchase another one but, they told me there were none but they could ship one from their Ancaster location. I paid for the 2nd mug and was assured it would be shipped within the week. Needless to say it did not arrive as promised. Great little store full of kitchen and home decor items. prices were very good. luv my new ceramic christmas tree- and it has a timer so I don’t kill battery within a week.
Found these adorable replacement handles for my small sideboard today. I come here a lot for interesting home goods and because it always smells amazing because of the candles. The handles are on the lower doors, so zoom in :)
