Quaint small town store. Lovely staff.
I ordered a butter dish the end of January. After a month of waiting nothing was shipped. I sent an email and got no response so I called and talked to a nice associate at the store. She said she would get back to me. Nothing was shipped and I called a few weeks later. The associate I talked to before helped me again. She said that the owner was suppose to ship the item after the first time I talked to her and she didn’t do it. She had gotten in touch with the owner and she was suppose to call me. Every time I walked into this store, never did anyone ever greet me, and a few of the times there were several staff, walked right past me like I wasn't even there. Obviously don't want my business, so I haven't been there in a while and don't plan on it.
When I first moved to Paris 6 years ago, I loved to go downtown and visit this shop. There was always something fun and new and they had craft nights. Now things have changed and when visiting, they just seems to be candles, lots of candles. I do not see the fun and different things for the home. It is sad that the Magnolia fun has been lost. Needless to say I do not stop in much anymore.
