Had a tough relationship with the CPA firm. I think maybe they are good for larger customers but I had a small business and found them to be highly expensive and slow in response to the point of wondering if my emails were getting through. I've since questioned their advice on my incorporation status. It felt weird at the time that not many questions were asked. Again, because of my size maybe I was considered a nuisance because that's how I was treated.
I switched to Froehling Anderson a few years back after having issues with other firms. I couldn't be more happy with there service, experience, and knowledge on all issues I bring them. I highly recommend them for your next accountant.
