Got here last night only been here a day so far everyone is wonderful The rooms are great The food is good I already had my first physical therapy for over an hour they've got an excellent facility I feel like they're going to be able to get me back up to strength and home as soon as possible.
A family member is being treated here for a tbi. The therapists have all been phenomenal. The social worker has been largely unavailable. We could have used much more support from a social worker. Some nurses have been wonderful, but several have been terrible. They have been dismissive of and shown irritation with the patient and been rude and condescending to the family. This is a time when compassion is needed. I am really disappointed to hear these stories from family members. I have been unable to visit as often and had... read more
This place has given my husband back his strength after two amputations. He is going back there again now after a third surgery, above the knee amputation. He is looking forward to being there. The therapists we had were terrific and made it fun even though it was a lot of hard work.
Everything medical is fantastic here. I really love this place. I wish I could do a review just on the cafeteria. Do not expect to eat here at all. Not only will the kitchen staff be rude to you AFTER you've been waiting 10 minutes to see any kind of life; but people will peek out the back and then let you wait longer. They DO NOT follow their hours of operation so it's always a surprise whether their open or not. They also "close" the gate off the cafeteria but leave it open a couple feet, way on the other side, so people t... read more
