Terrible customer service and poor quality of clothing and jewelry. My daughter and I walked in this store and no one greeted us or asked us if we needed any help . I counted three employees there and not one of them acknowledge us. Don’t shop here. Very rude! Shame on you Frock Candy!
My daughter and I both love Frock Candy. My daughter is on the plus size but every now and again she can fit the size large or luck up and find the XL. We are greeted every time we enter the store. I love how they personalize your name on the dressing room tag, the clothes can be a little pricey but I've found great sale items. I also love the jewelry and shoes. We mainly visit the Perkin Roads location before or after visiting the movie theater.
I love shopping here for work attire, date night, game day, and my daytime lounge wear! You’re missing out if you’re skipping on FC. They have the best customer service, great employees who help you look your best, and the accessories are incredible!
