We had some problems with the couch we purchased. Frizzell personnel was very understanding, came out and checked it and ordered new parts. When the parts came in they came back out to replace the parts. The service man was not satisfied with the repair so Frizzell Furniture replaced the couch. Frizzell Furniture staff is very friendly and helpful. Their service is outstanding.

We keep going back to Frizzell Furniture because the Team is so focused on customer satisfaction both pre-sale and post sale. Always very helpful and always very professional. The delivery crew is remarkable and very careful moving furniture throughout the house. We will definitely be back.
Alanna was amazing! Communication was excellent. Highly recommend Frizzell and Alanna specifically! We bought a bedroom set, a live edge dining set and a customized sofa. Couldn't be more pleased with everything.
