I have bought furniture at Frizzell's for almost 30 years and they always exceed my expectations.
The sales people were fabulous! We dealt with the owner :). The guys who delivered and assembled everything were on time, efficient, and friendly. Beautiful furniture!
My 92 year old mother who lives alone bought a sofa sleeper here a little over a year ago. This rarely used sofa totally collapsed and she was told by them it would take approximately a thousand dollars to fix it. Of course, the sofa was just past the one year warranty. There was no offer of a discount on the purchase of a new sofa or any other accommodation made by them. I am amazed at their failure to stand by a product they sell.
