My family and I have utilized Fritton Water over the years. The owner responds in a timely manner and is informative of what work you will need to have done. He also gives different alternatives depending on what work you need done. My recent experience with my water pump, I had lost water pressure. As the homeowner and little knowledge from past experience of a pressure switch failing, I replaced the switch just to still have issues with losing pressure. I have been battling with keeping my pump primed could not figure out what it was not only did he come out and tell me what the problem was he made it where my pump wasn't staying on primed it changed all my pipes and the price was ridiculously low I'm on a fixed income and he didn't even know that and I never asked for a price but I was not expecting to have such quick service respectable and the price was ridiculously low I recommend fritton to everyone that has a pump problem thank you so much Mark you were the greatest t... read more
Tim of Fritton Water was exceptional. He helped us problem solve and come up with the best solutions for our well water into the house and our current system as well as our water softener. He was helpful and honest and saved us money. We replaced our water softener and the price was reasonable, especially for the customer service and warranty that was included.
