My wife and I couldn't have picked a better mortgage guy! As first time home buyers there was plenty that we didn't know and found just plain daunting about the home buying process. Geoffrey was there with us every step, curve, and very unexpected bump of the way. He helped us navigate so much we couldn't have imagined, and he was so incredibly open to helping with every little question we had as fire timers. Geoffrey was a miracle worker for us! After the sale of our house went south but our purchase was still on track, he mocked up multiple scenarios and product options for us. We ended up doing the bridge loan and thankfully everything worked out in the end because of this option.
We are updating our review here to reflect our most recent experience with Geoffrey in October 2024.
