Veronica does a great job getting rid of muscle tension and bringing back mobility. I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and she’s been able to get rid of hip pain and calf tension. I’m back to sports and training with no pain or discomfort. Consistency is key, once a month gets me right!
Had my first session with Blaire; she was instrumental! She made me feel totally comfortable and really knew how to work out all the tension. I walked out feeling lighter and way more relaxed. Definitely coming back! highly recommend! Thank you!
