We have had a wonderful experience at Kindercare for all 3 of our children. The center recent transitioned ownership from Koti Academy to Kindercare but the most important aspect, the staff, remains the same. The directors, Ms. Adriana and Ms. Devonna are so kind and know every student. We’ve had Ms. Sarah and Ms. Jennifer as teachers and loved both.
They moved my infant to the toddler classroom. They moved my crawling baby to a room with kids who are running around. They did this without my knowledge or consent. I pay weekly for a certain type of care and they completely betrayed my trust. My poor baby was left on the floor of a gym while the older kids ran circles around him. He looked so lost and scared.
