called day before to ensure documents i had for proof of residency were valid. got turned down because they weren’t valid when i arrived. was told to be back by 12:30 with new documents or i would have to schedule another appointment which is a month out. showed back up 11:55 and they are on lunch early. so frustrating. the appointment system is ridiculous. leaving on lunch early and not having a single employee around even more ridiculous. i won’t be coming back to this location.
This place is just awful. So rude. Not well managed. Try to talk to you like you’re an idiot.
Failed to send my id to the correct address, Failed to contact me about ID being returned to DMV, destroyed it when no notice. Government establishment at its finest. Four month later, I have no license, and I’m scheduling another horrible appointment two months out to pay again for a license I probably won’t receive. Use at your own risk. Good luck.
