Beware. This law firm is only about getting into your pockets. They charge $2500 for a loan modification. I found out later that you can do that on your own. Then, they tell there are no other options! Disgraceful. The cruel irony is that the lender called me directly and worked out an agreement. Very disappointing. I would stay away from this firm in the worst way.
I went to Mr. Friscia with a very difficult and urgent mortgage foreclosure matter. He carefully considered all the facts, explained the options, and gave me excellent advice. I highly recommend him to anyone with foreclosure issues.
